Wirscheid

Wirscheid is a municipality in the Westerwald district in Rhineland- Palatinate. It belongs to the municipality Ransbach -Baumbach.

Geographical location

The community lies in the Westerwald between Koblenz and old churches in Kannenbäckerland.

History

First mention found the village in 1547 as Wersched.
