Yanou

Yanou ( Yann Peifer real name ) is a German DJ and music producer.

Music career

In the second half of the 90 Peifer first drew attention to himself when he was able to land in Germany and Switzerland, along with Michael Urgacz Beam & Yanou as several hits.

In 2001, the collaboration with DJ Sammy, and the Dutch singer Thu Together they recorded the hit song Heaven by Bryan Adams from the 80s up in a dance version. Thus, they had a number 1 hit in the UK and reached among others in Germany and the U.S., the top 10

In the Netherlands he worked then as a producer for the idol candidates.

In addition, he co-founded with DJ Manian and Natalie Horler as a singer Cascada project. 2004, the trio with Miracle the first international hit and the following year came with Everytime We Touch, which was as successful as Heaven, the worldwide breakthrough.

Manian and Yanou founded her own label in 2005 Zooland Records, with whom she not only market Cascada and other own projects, but also other dance artists.

Other artists with whom Yanou collaborated and released singles, are Liz Kay, Yves Larock and rapper Tony T, with whom he Manian 2007, together with the Project RIO launched.
