The municipality of Zell (Mosel ) is an administrative unit in the form of a local authority in the district Cochem-Zell, in Rhineland -Palatinate. The municipality includes the town of Zell (Mosel ) and 23 independent local communities, the administrative headquarters are in the eponymous town of Zell (Mosel).
