The community association elm is an administrative unit in the form of a local authority in the district Cochem-Zell, in Rhineland -Palatinate. The municipality includes the city of elms, and 15 independent local churches, the county seat is located in the eponymous city of elms. Its territory covers a portion of the volcanic Eifel.
