For the first time there was a point system for transfer card players. Could be awarded to the player sheets per team eight points for foreigners and dual nationality. A foreigner (EU or non- EU ) was calculated with a point, a player with a dual citizenship ( Italo ) with half a meter. This meant that you could use, for example, eight foreigners, seven foreigners and two Italo or even five foreigners and six Italo. It could be used a maximum of 11 transfer card players in a game.
