United Nations Security Council Resolution 2

Resolution 2 of the UN Security Council adopted unanimously on January 30, 1946. The Security Council calls with this resolution, Iran and the Soviet Union to settle the disputes over the Iran crisis in the occupied territories of the Soviet Union. The resolution also requires to inform the Security Council regularly informed of the negotiations.

As a result, the Security Council in Resolution 3 of 4 April that Soviet troops were not on time withdrawn from Iranian territory.
