1969 Asian Champion Club Tournament

The second playout of the Asian Champion Club Tournament ( engl.: Asia Champions Cup ) took place from 15 to 30 January 1969 in Bangkok ( Thailand) instead. Ten National Champions were invited from ten Asian countries. The competition was organized by the Israeli club Maccabi Tel Aviv, since at that time the Israeli Association Member of the AFC.

Mode

The ten participants were divided into two groups of five, where they each occurred against everyone. After that qualified the first two teams from each group for the semi-finals. The group winners from the group a hit against the runners-up from the other group in a game. The championship was also decided in a game.
