1987 European Women's Artistic Gymnastics Championships
The Gymnastics European Championships of 1987 found for the first time for both men and women in the same place, take place in Moscow. In the 16th Women's European Championships Daniela Silivaş was able to record four gold medals during Anja Wilhelm of West Germany, the second medal in Women's European Championships secured at all. Bulgaria won his first silver medal.
First were also athletes from Cyprus and Turkey in Women's European Championships.
