Master

Croatian champion in 1992/93 was Croatia Zagreb, which the season had started as Hask Građanski Zagreb, on matchday 27 with a 6:1 against NK Osijek. It was the eleventh league title for the club, the second in Croatia and the first in the first HNL.

Qualification for European Cup

Dinamo Zagreb took a master in the qualifying round of the UEFA Champions League 1993/94 part, Hajduk Split as a trophy winner was allowed to start in the first round in the European Cup Winners' Cup in 1993/94.

Relegated team

1992/1993 there were no losers since the league was expanded in the following season on 18 clubs. The two last placed, Belišće and Sibenik, placed successfully appeal against relegation on the grounds that they had to deliver in other places because of the Croatia war some of their home matches.
