After the relegation, it was clear that Hrvatski Dragovoljac will not make its way into the top league. The first leg they lost against Inter Zaprešić 0-2, the second leg at home finished 0-0.

From the Third Division on rise: Hrvace, Suhopolje and Karlovac. The fourth climber was determined in a relegation between Virovitica and Lokomotiva Zagreb, who won Lokomotiva Zagreb.
