The 1998/99 season was the 47th season of the Bulgarian Hockey League, the highest Bulgarian Hockey League. Master became the total twelfth time in club history the HK Levski Sofia.

Mode

In the main round each of the four teams completed a total of twelve games. The winner of the main round was champion. For a win, each team was given two points, a draw there was a point and a defeat.
