The 2002/03 season was the 51th season of the Bulgarian Hockey League, the highest Bulgarian Hockey League. Champion for the 13th time overall in club history the HK Levski Sofia.

Mode

In the main round each of the four teams completed a total of twelve games. The top two finishers of the main round qualified for the championship final. For a win, each team was given two points, a draw there was a point and a defeat.
