2000 Hopman Cup

The Hopman Cup 2000 was the 12th edition of the tennis tournament in Perth, Australia. He was discharged from 1 to 8 January 2000.

The last participant was played between Thailand and Japan. In this play-off to Thailand prevailed 2-1. The replacement team Japan still came but to use one, as the team Slovakia could not attend their last group match against Australia. Japan won this duel 3-0.

In the final, the team won in the person of Amanda Coetzer and Wayne Ferreira of South Africa 3-0 against Tamarine Tanasugarn the team and Paradorn Srichaphan of Thailand
