2001 Russian Top Division

The season of Supreme Division in 2001 was the tenth Russian football championship. The season began on March 10, 2001 and ended on 8 November 2001. Champion for the ninth time Spartak Moscow. Descent had FK Chernomorets Novorossiysk and Fakel Voronezh.


The 16 participants were as follows:

  • The climber Sokol Saratov and Moscow Torpedo -SIL
