The 2003/04 season was the 67th season of the Hungarian Hockey League, the highest Hungarian Hockey League. Champion for a fifth time in club history Alba Volán Székesfehérvár.

Mode
In the main round each of the six teams completed a total of ten games. The top three teams in the Main Round Group I qualified for the the second round. The top two finishers of the intermediate round group I then contested the championship final. The other three teams in the main round occurred in the intermediate rounds of group II and the First Place qualified for the 3rd place match against the third group I for a win after regular time received each team three points for a win after overtime was there are two points in a defeat after overtime there was a point and a defeat after regular time zero points.
