Almost Unplugged is the title of the published 2008 live album by the Swedish hard rock band Europe. The album is of the deceased on May 21, 2008 U.S. American guitarist Michelle Meldrum dedicated, who was married to the Europe- guitarist John Norum.

Background

On January 26, 2008 Europe entered into a unique concert together with a string quartet in Stockholm. Besides well-known titles of the group also cover versions of various songs by Pink Floyd ( Wish You Were Here ), Led Zeppelin (Since I've Been Login 'You) were played Thin Lizzy ( Suicide ) and UFO ( Love to Love ). The event was webcast, later it was decided to make the recording available on recordings.

Greg Prato wrote for Allmusic, just a few hair metal bands of the 1980s would " have been known for their respective instruments truly dominate ."
