Andreas Samaris

Andreas Samaris (Greek Ανδρέας Σάμαρης; born June 13, 1989 in Patras ) is a Greek footballer who currently stands at Olympiakos Piraeus under contract. He plays in midfield.

Career

Association

His career began in 2006 in the third Samaris Greek League, the Gamma Ethniki in Panachaiki. In January 2010 Samaris signed a four and a half year contract with the Greek first division club Panionios Athens. In August 2012, Olympiakos Piraeus secured the services of young midfielder for € 350,000. He was loaned in the 2012/13 season at Panionios Athens.

National

On 26 October 2007 Samaris debuted in the qualifier for the U-19 Football Championship in 2008 against France as a national player.
