Ashdown is a small town and the county seat ( county seat ) of the Little River counties in Arkansas. The total area of the village is 18.5 km ². In an estimate made in 2007, the city had 4,446 inhabitants.

History

The Little River County was from areas of Sevier and Hempstead counties founded in 1867. 1906, the administrative center of the county of Foreman was moved to Ashdown.
