Baliuag, Bulacan

Baliuag ( Baliwag also ) is a town in the Philippine province of Bulacan.

In the township the first elections were held in the country on May 6, 1899 during the American occupation. Due to its proximity to Metro Manila, many jobs have been created in recent years in Baliuag in trade and banking.
