Barış Başdaş

Barış Basdas ( born January 17, 1990 in Cologne ) is a German -Turkish footballer who plays for Kasımpaşa.

Career

Youth teams

Barış Basdas came in 1990 as the son of Turkish guest workers who had emigrated from the small town in the province of Giresun Karabulduk to Germany, in Cologne to the world. He began in the youth section of CFB Ford Niehl. He subsequently transferred to the youth of Fortuna Cologne and later in the youth of the 1st FC Cologne. After spending several years at FC Cologne 1 he moved to the youth of Alemannia Aachen. In the youth of Aachen, he was active until the summer of 2009.

Kasımpaşa SK

For the season 2009/10 he undertook the Turkish first division side Kasımpaşa. Here he sat in the first weeks of his first season on the bench or playing for the reserve team. Only with the setting of Yılmaz Vural as a coach, he got better options here. Vural put him directly as a regular player and Basdas rated at the club located in a relegation battle to the great support of his team. At season's end Kasımpaşa occupied a secure place in the table. After the departure Vurals he lost his place. At the end of the season 2010/11 he went with his club into the TFF 1 Lig. For the new season, he remained at Kasımpaşa.

National team career

Barış Basdas began early to play for the Turkish youth national teams. He went through from the U-18 nor the Turkish U-21 youth teams. Although he received from the German youth national teams, he opted for the Turkish youth national teams.
