Belgian Super Cup

The Belgian Football Supercup is a full registered since 1979 contest in which meet at the beginning of a season, the Belgian champion and the Belgian Cup winners last season in a single game. Win a Double the club, this competes against the Cup finalist. This was recently the case in 1996, as double winners FC Bruges defeated Cup finalist Cercle Bruges.
