Bell Helicopter is an American helicopter manufacturer, part of the Textron company.

History

The company Bell Aircraft Corporation was founded on 10 July 1935 by Lawrence Dale Bell in Buffalo in the State of New York, the name of Bell Aircraft carried the company through its acquisition by Textron in 1960.
