Binangonan, Rizal

Binangonan is a Philippine municipality in the province of Rizal, in the administrative region IV, Calabarzon. It has 249 872 inhabitants ( census May 1, 2010 ) living in 40 barangays. It is classified as a church of the first income class in the Philippines and as a partially urbanized.

Binangonan is located on the shores of the largest inland lake in the Philippines, the Laguna de Bay. Your neighboring municipalities are Angono in the northwest, in the north Teresa, Morong and Cardona in the east. The topography of the municipality is characterized by the southern foothills of the Central Luzon level. Some barangays are located on the Talim Island.
