Bob Margolin

Bob Margolin ( born May 9, 1949 in Boston, Massachusetts) is an American blues guitarist and singer, who was from 1973 to 1980 member of the band of Muddy Waters, where he replaced Sam Lawhorn. His nickname is Steady Rollin 'Bob Margolin.

Life

From 1980, Margolin had his own band, with whom he recorded a series of albums from 1989. In 2003, the album The Bob Margolin All-Star Blues Jam at the Pinetop Perkins, Hubert Sumlin, Carey Bell, Willie "Big Eyes" Smith and Mookie Brill mitmachten.
