Borger-Odoorn
( Listen? / I ) Borger- Odoorn is a municipality in the eastern part of the Dutch province of Drenthe. It has 25,670 inhabitants ( 1 January 2013) and covers an area of 278 km ².

The community consists of a total of 25 districts. The municipality is located in Exloo. The population refers to the 1 January 2012.

Nature and Culture
The municipality of Borger- Odoorn located in an area with a variety of megalithic tombs. The largest megalithic complex is located in Borger; right next to a " Hunebedcentrum " ( " ancient grave center " ) has been built.
In Drouwen the State Forestry Administration has created a " Boomkroonpad " ( "Tree Top Walk "). Visitors can walk on wooden paths through the tree tops here.

Borger- Odoorn In 2010 the international alliance Cittaslow connected, its goal is to improve the quality of life in cities.
In the municipality of Borger- Odoorn is the only Abarth Club of the Netherlands.
