Borough of Broxbourne

Broxbourne is a local government district with the status of a borough in the county of Hertfordshire in England. To the south it borders Greater London, on the east by the River Lea. Council is based in Cheshunt.

The district was formed on 1 April 1974 and evolved from the merger of the urban districts Cheshunt and Hoddesdon.
