Brunnadern was until December 31, 2008, a municipality in the constituency Toggenburg in the canton of St. Gallen in Switzerland.

Brunnadern lies on the River Necker. For former municipal area also includes the hamlets of Furth and Niederwil. At 1,377 written mention dates as Bruna whistles.
