Bülent Ataman

Bülent Ataman ( born June 19, 1974 in Trabzon ) is a Turkish football goalkeeper.

Career

Ataman started with the club football in the youth from Trabzon Beldespor. In 1994 he rose to the then third division as a professional player. He also managed a little later, to fight for the goalkeeper position.

After his performance shown for Beldespor several teams in the top leagues were aware of him. The then second division Erzurumspor reacted quickest and secured the services of young talent. After just one year with Beşiktaş Istanbul interested in a very big club for Ataman. Thus, the change came tion states in the summer of 1996.
