Cazaux-Debat

Cazaux -Debat is a commune with 18 inhabitants (as of January 1, 2011 ) in the department of Hautes -Pyrénées in the Midi-Pyrénées region. It belongs administratively to the district Bagneres- de -Bigorre and Canton Bordères -Louron.

Geography

The municipality is located in the historical county of Bigorre, in the Pays d' Aure. The Spanish border at the crest of the Pyrenees is located about 15 kilometers to the south. Neighboring communities of Mont are:

  • Jézeau in the north,
  • Ris in the east,
  • Bordères -Louron in the south,
  • Lancon in the West, as well as
  • Arreau in the northwest.

The location of the municipality main town is mentioned in the Vallée du Louron valley, the river Neste you Louron, which runs along the valley floor through by coming Bordères -Louron.

Demographics
