Chan Yung-jan
Chan Yung- jan (Chinese詹 咏 然/詹 咏 然, Pinyin Zhan Yǒngrán; born August 17, 1989 in Taipei) is a Taiwanese tennis player.
Career
Chan, who prefers to play on hard courts, began at the age of six years under the guidance of her father with the sport of tennis. In August 2004, she became a professional player. Their highest placing in the world rankings they achieved in a single in June 2007, with rank 50 and doubles in August 2008, with rank 6
Chan won in her career as 17 ITF singles titles, but still not a single on the WTA Tour. In doubles its balance sheet looks much better: With her younger sister Chan Hao -ching she won in January 2013 in Shenzhen already its tenth WTA title ( it was their first joint ); in September 2013 was followed by the eleventh. An additional 16 doubles titles on the ITF Women's Circuit.
With their previous permanent doubles partner Chuang Chia -jung, she stood in 2007 at both the Australian Open and the U.S. Open in the final.
Since 2006, it emerges on Taiwan for the Fed Cup. After the 16 matches in which she was previously used, they went eight times as the winner from the square.
