Christina McHale

Christina Marietta McHale (born 11 May 1992, Teaneck, New Jersey) is an American tennis player.

Career

McHale, the favorite place to play tennis on hard courts took when young people also participate in swimming competitions. In 2007, she played her first ITF tournaments. In 2008 she competed in qualifying rounds of the WTA Tour and won her first doubles title on the ITF Women's Circuit.

In 2010, she reached the second round of the WTA tournaments in Cincinnati (Category: Premier 5), Charleston and Stanford (both Category: Premier ) and the semi-finals of Québec ( Category: International).

In 2011 she won her first singles title in Rome ( ITF) and pulled at the U.S. Open for the first time in the third round of a Grand Slam tournament. This success could confirm 2012 (Off against the defending champion Li Na in three sets ) at the Australian Open as well as at the French Open.

On June 11, 2012, she reached the 29 places in single and 111 double their previously best prices in the WTA world rankings. By reaching the third round at Wimbledon ( 3:6 - 2:6 defeat against Angelique Kerber ), it improved in the individual rankings to a place on 20 August, she again made it a jump at position 24
