Cliff Couser

Cliff Couser ( born May 18, 1971 in St. Louis, Missouri) is an American heavyweight boxer. His nicknames are "Twin Tyson" and "The Black Bull".

Professional career

Cliff Couser is only 1,80 m tall and has a strikingly similar stature as Mike Tyson, which explains his nickname "Twin Tyson". He also has a good, though not evenly matched that of Tyson's punching power. However, he suffered many defeats; his speed and boxing techniques can not be compared with the Tysons.

Couser began his professional career in 1993 in the heavyweight class. After initial successes came early on the first setbacks, he was repeatedly ausgepunktet of mediocre opponents. July 7, 2007 then came the highlight so far in Cousers career: He hit the clear favorite Monte Barrett (former World Cup opponent Hasim Rahman and Nikolai Valuev ) in the 2nd round knockout. It was the earliest knockout in Barrett's career.
