Coca -Cola HBC ( gr Coca -Cola Ελληνική Εταιρεία Εμφιαλώσεως AE ) is a company based in the Swiss train, which produces products under license from the Coca Cola Company and fills. The company is listed on the Athens Stock Exchange in Athex Composite Share Price Index. The company is the largest by market value in the country.

Coca -Cola HBC went in 2000 from the merger of the Athens Hellenic Bottling Company ( previously also 3E or TriaEpsilon ) and the London Coca -Cola Beverages forth. The company manufactures and distributes the products of The Coca -Cola Company in 28 countries, including Nigeria, Austria and Italy, and all of Eastern Europe, including Russia. Furthermore, also other companies' products bottled and sold, such as Nestea.

For Coca -Cola HBC is one of the Austrian mineral water brand Römerquelle and the Swiss Vals.

Coca -Cola HBC is 23% owned by the Coca -Cola Company, 23% owned by the Kar -Tess Holding and 54% in free float.

In October 2012 Coca Cola HBC announced to relocate the headquarters of the company in Switzerland and the main listing on the London Stock Exchange. The company rejected criticism that the company move house for tax reasons. There are several factors responsible.
