Concepcion is a metropolitan area municipality in the province of Tarlac on the island of Luzon in the Philippines. It has 139 832 inhabitants ( census May 1, 2010 ) living in 45 barangays. It belongs to the first class of income communities in the Philippines. Your neighboring municipalities are Tarlac City in the north, the municipality of San Antonio in the east, the municipality of Magalang in the south and the communities Capas, Bamban in the West. It is located about 115 km north- west of the Philippine capital of Manila and can be reached from there via the Mc Arthur Highway.
