Copa del Rey de Baloncesto
The Copa del Rey de Baloncesto is a Spanish basketball competition.
The Copa de España de Baloncesto has been held since 1933. During the Franco era, he was named Copa del Generalísimo, later Copa del Rey ( since 1977).
Since 1987 he is discharged after the final -eight mode.
In mid-season, the top eight of the league automatically qualify for the cup. This is played as a four-day playoff tournament at a fixed venue.
