Daniel Theorin (2006)
Daniel Theorin (* August 4, 1983 in Härnösand, Sweden) is a Swedish football player. The defender played his career in Sweden and Norway.
Career
Career Start in unterklassigen area
Theorin began playing football at an amateur club IF Älgarna, for whom he made his debut in the men's team. His talent was discovered by GIF Sundsvall and the club brought him in 1999 in his youth department. He was loaned out to third division side FK Selånger to play matches in 2001. After a year of defensive players returned to GIF Sundsvall, but came only in reserve for use. So he went back to the third division and moved on to IFK Timrå. When in Division 2 Norrland antretenden club he was team captain and reached him in eighth place in the table.
After only one season committed Friska Viljor FC Theorin. The team had risen as a relay winner in the second tier, and not least with his performances in the direct duels Theorin had convinced the club officials. In his first year in the Swedish professional football Theorin came in more than two -thirds of the season games are used. Still, he could not prevent the direct re- descent of the League newcomer, so he left the club at the end of the season.
Norway and return to Sweden
Theorin moved to Norway to Lyn Oslo. When advised by his compatriot Magnus Johansson club he established himself at times in stem formation, so that in his first season, 17 League Appearances stood on beech. He scored in the 1-0 win against Lillestrøm SK in July 2005, his first goal in the Tippeligaen, thereby contributing to the achievement of the third rank table and thus qualifying for the Royal League. On the side of Steven Lustü, Henrik Dahl, Tommy Berntsen and Lars Kristian Eriksen, he was also in his second year in Norway in a total of 15 games in the starting lineup.
2007 Theorin returned back to Sweden and signed a three-year contract with Malmö FF. On 7 April 2007 he made his debut in Allsvenskan, when he came off the bench in the game against IF Elfsborg for Jimmy Dixon. Trainer Sören Åkeby did not, however to him, so this was his only use in the rest of the season for MFF. In the summer he was therefore awarded to the second division club Landskrona BoIS to play matches. For season 2008 Theorin returned to MFF, but came under new coach Roland Nilsson to summer in Allsvenskan not used.
In the summer of 2008 Theorin changed again the club. New employer was the League rival Gefle IF, with whom he signed a contract with two and a half year term. On the side of Andreas Dahlén, Jonathan Berg, Yannick Bapupa and Jonas Lantto he established himself on the defensive of the Association of Gastrikland who could hold the first term in the Allsvenskan. After the team had only secured the league in the relegation at the end of the 2010 season, he contributed four goals in the following season to an early relegation and reaching the ninth place at table. However, he soon left the club after the season and hired the second division club Hammarby IF. In Stockholm he signed a three -year contract. As in fourth or fifth - he missed the team just the return of the clubs in the Allsvenskan.
