David Readman

David Readman ( born July 6, 1970 in Burnley, England ) is a British musician and singer. He became famous by the song of Pink Cream 69

Biography

With 15 Readman left school and sang in several bands, but were unsuccessful. In 1989 he enrolled on a Music College in Colne, in order to become a professional singer. In 1991, he had graduated from college and applied for the Sangesposten with guitarist Adrian Smith, Thomas McRocklin and Misha Calvin. For the latter, he moved to London, the demos were later released without consent of Readman.

He replaced 1994 Pink Cream 69 singer Andi Deris, who had moved to Helloween. Besides his work with this band he has been involved in numerous projects.

From 2000 to 2004 he also sang with the French progressive metal band Adagio. In 2002 he sang in the rock opera Missa Mercuria.

On 31 August 2007, his first, self-titled solo album was released under the Italian label Frontier Records.

On 5 December 2008, the debut album from Voodoo Circle, a project with Matt Sinner, Mel Gaynor Jimmy Kresic ( Relax ) and Alex Beyrodt (ex - Primal Fear, Silent Force, ex - Sinner ) appeared.

Since 2008 Readman is also active as a producer. He produced for the group Sons of Sounds album " Brutality of Life". In addition, since 2008 he is the frontman of Whitesnake tribute band Quitesnake.

Since September 2012 Readman also sings for Demon's Eye. He shares where the vocalist position with Doogie White, the former lead singer of Ritchie Blackmore's previous band Rainbow.
