Silent Force

Silent Force is a German power metal band that was founded in 1999 in Karlsruhe.

History

The band was formed in 1999 by guitarist Alex Beyrodt (ex - Sinner, Primal Fear, The Sygnet ) and the American singer DC Cooper (ex Royal Hunt ) was founded. In 2000 the debut album, The Empire of Future, on the bassist also meat, keyboardist and drummer Andre Hilgers Torsten Roehre were heard appeared. In the year 2001 on Massacre Records second album Infatuator was published, was heard as the new bass player Jürgen Steinmetz on. In 2004 the band moved to Noise Records and this label released the album Worlds Apart After tours followed by Europe together with bands like Stratovarius, Symphony X, Rhapsody of Fire, UDO, Angra and Heavenly. They also played in the U.S. on the ProgPower USA and went on tour with Kamelot by Japan. The fourth album Walk the Earth was released in February 2007 via AFM Records. This was followed by six years no further albums until 2013, the fifth studio album Risen from Ashes was published. This was the first album on which Michael Bormann (vocals), Mat Sinner (bass) and Alessandro Del Vecchio (keyboard) participated.

Style

The band plays traditional power metal, the used, clear vocals, catchy choruses, and are characteristic in the songs of the band especially.
