Denver Invaders

The Denver Invaders were an American ice hockey franchise in the Western Hockey League in Denver, Colorado.

History

The franchise of the Spokane Comets from the Western Hockey League was for the season 1963/64, to Denver, Colorado, relocated and changed its name to Denver Invaders. In his only season, the farm team of the Toronto Maple Leafs of the National Hockey League reached the first place in the regular season in which it won two-thirds of its games.

In the summer of 1964, the Denver Invaders to Victoria, British Columbia, relocated and played from now on as Victoria Maple Leafs in the WHL.
