Spokane Comets

The Spokane Comets were an American ice hockey franchise in the Western Hockey League from Spokane, Washington.

History

The Spokane Comets were established as franchise of the Western Hockey League for the season 1959/60. The most successful season the team was the 1961/62 season in which they reached the second place in the South Division of the WHL.

Following the 1962/63 season were the Spokane Comets to Denver, Colorado, moved and played from now on as Denver Invaders in the WHL.
