Germany. A summer fairy tale is a German documentary film directed by Sönke Wortmann. It shows the German national team on the way to and at the Football World Cup 2006.

Since the Confederations Cup 2005, Sönke Wortmann ( The Miracle of Bern ) and his cameraman Frank cracklings (Perfume ) as constant companions of the team here.
