Reyes was trained in the youth department of his "home club " América and made his professional debut in the Mexican Primera División on 25 April 2010 in the last home game of the point round of the Torneo Bicentenario 2010 against Santos Laguna (1-0 ) when he loaded three minutes left in the game been.
Since the Clausura 2011 he is a regular formation of the Club América, scoring in this half season already his first two goals in the highest Mexican league, first at the April 17, 2011 with a header in the 49th minute the important balance to the later 3-1 win his team at CD Estudiantes Tecos and then a goal in the 2:3 away defeat against Monarcas Morelia in the quarterfinals of Liguillas, however, meant the withdrawal of Aguilas to the 1-2 first leg defeat.
In the Clausura 2013 Reyes was part of the champion team of Club América.
National
Reyes completed a total of 21 games for the Mexican U -23, with whom he won the 2011 football tournament of the Pan American Games. With the same selection in 2012 he won the Olympic football tournament and the prestigious Tournament of Toulon.
His debut in the senior team gave Reyes in the three group matches played among Mexicans in the Copa América 2011, which he denied all the full distance. Reyes also belonged to the Mexican contingent at the Confederations Cup in 2013, where he completed the last group game against Japan ( 2-1 ) full length.
