Fernando Francisco Reges

Fernando Francisco Reges ( born July 25, 1987 in Alto Paraíso de Goiás, Brazil), Fernando called, is a Brazilian footballer. He currently plays for FC Porto as a defensive midfielder in the Portuguese first division.

Association

Fernando started his professional career in 2005 at the (then) third-rate club Vila Nova FC. In 2007, he signed a five -year contract with the Portuguese first division club FC Porto. In the first year, he was loaned to CF Estrela Amadora, where he quickly was able to win a regular place itself.

In the 2008 /09 season, he was then taken into the active cadre of FC Porto, where he was able to establish in addition to well-known players such as Raul Meireles and Luis Gonzalez.

National

For the South American U -20 Championship in 2007, Fernando was included in the Brazilian team. Despite the profit of the continental tournament, he was not considered for the subsequent U -20 World Cup.
