Dolní Novosedly

Dolni Novosedly until 1994 Novosedly ( German sub Neusattel, formerly Neusattel ) is a municipality in the Czech Republic. It is located about four kilometers northeast of Pisek and belongs to Okres Pisek.

Geography

Dolni Novosedly is on a saddle in the northern foothills of Písecké hory ( Písecké Mountains ); north rises the Otavazufluss Vrcovický creek, south of the Mildauzufluss Novosedelský creek. To the east lies the pond Podhorák. In the north of the railway line Tábor Pisek of the village runs west state highway I/29 between Pisek and Tabor. To the north rises the Svatonický vrch (517 m ) east of the Na Dlouhých ( 483 m) in the southeast of the MLAKA ( 548 m), the Chudý vrch (573 m) and the Žejdlíček ( 584 m ) south of the Provazce (611 m) that Kravi hora (613 m) and the Jarník (609 m ) west of the Na Lomech ( 543 m) and in the northwest the Sýkorka ( 525 m).

Neighboring towns are Svatonice, U Vlků and Dolni Záhoří in the north, Horni Záhoří Tresné, Nová Tresné and Slavik in the northeast, Nad Rybníkem, Pazderny and Chrastiny in the east, Kluky, Křižatky, Nové Saddleback and Stružky the southeast, Horni Novosedly in the south, U Honzíčka, Logry, Srnkovna, Ptáčkovna and Brložnice in the southwest, and Purkratice Topělec in the west and Vrcovice in the northwest.

History

The first mention of Novosedly was in 1061 as part of its donation to the monastery Insulation. In 1230, the village belonged to the possessions of the monastery of St. George at Prague Castle. At an unknown date got the goods to secular owners. A share from 1517 belonged to the family of Zima Novosedly; Václav Zima of Novosedly was around 1530 in the service of Zdeniek Lev of Rosental. An additional interest was the castle Klingenberg 's servants, and this proportion was in 1612 part of the goods Cerveny Újezdec and was the Familienfideikommiss added to the end of the 17th century by the princes of Eggenberg Worlik.

In 1837 was New Saddle / Nowosedlo from 25 houses with 163 inhabitants. Of these totals ten houses for Good Roth- Augezd ( Fideikommissherrschaft Worlik ), eight to Pisek and seven to rule Drhowl. After the abolition of patrimonial Dolni Novosedlo / sub Neusattel and Chrastiny / Chrastin were from 1850 onwards districts of the municipality Tresné in the district administration and the judicial district of the Pisek. Novosedly ( Horni Novosedly ), however, belonged to the town of Pisek. Between 1886 and 1889 by the building of the railway line Tabor - Milevsko - Pisek - Ražice. Dolni Novosedlo consisted of 30 houses in 1890 and had 222 inhabitants. South of the village sand quarries were operated.

In 1919, dissolved going Dolni Novosedlo of Tresné and formed its own community. 1924, the church name was changed in Dolni Novosedly. 1964 Dolni Novosedly was incorporated into Záhoří, at the same time was also the Vice My Dung from Horni Novosedly Pisek by Záhoří. On November 24, 1990 Chrastiny, Dolni Novosedly and Horni Novosedly broke loose from Záhoří and formed the community Novosedly. The community 's name was changed on 24 June 1994 in Dolni Novosedly. On Provazce there is an extended quarry.
