East Kilbride (Scottish Parliament constituency)
East Kilbride is a constituency of the Scottish Parliament. He was introduced as one of ten constituencies the election Region Central Scotland in 1999. As part of the constituency revision 2011, the area of East Kilbride has been significantly reduced. Wide, sparsely populated areas in the south of the district of choice region South of Scotland were slammed shut, so that the constituency now consists only of the eponymous town of East Kilbride itself and its immediate surroundings. The constituency appoint a deputy.
