Estonian parliamentary election, 1995
The parliamentary elections in Estonia in 1995 was held on Sunday, 5 March 1995. It was the election for the 8th Riigikogu of the Republic of Estonia.
Electoral system
It seats 101 were determined in the Estonian Parliament again. The legislature was four years. It was a five-percent electoral threshold. Was selected by proportional representation.
Election result
Election winner was the block "Coalition Party and Agrarian Party." He took 32.2 percent of the vote and thereby received 41 seats in parliament. In second place ended up with 16.2 percent the Estonian Reform Party (RE). Third strongest force was the Estonian Centre Party ( K) with 14.2 percent.
