The parliamentary elections in Estonia in 1999 was held on Sunday, 7 March 1999. It was the choice for the 9th Riigikogu of the Republic of Estonia.

Electoral system

It seats 101 were determined in the Estonian Parliament again. The legislature was four years. It was a five-percent electoral threshold. Was selected by proportional representation.

Election result

Election winner was the Estonian Centre Party ( K). She took 23.4 percent of the vote and thereby received 28 seats in parliament. In second place ended up with 16.1 percent, the Homeland Union (IL ). Third strongest force was the Estonian Reform Party (RE) with 15.9 percent.
