Eurolaul

Eesti Laul ( German: " Estonian Song " ) is the national Estonian finals for the Euro Vision Song Contest. By 2008, called the preliminary decision Eurolaul, synonymous with the Estonian name for the Euro Vision Song Contest. Method

The Estonian preselection for the Euro Vision Song Contest is conducted every year since 1993 in January, February or March in the Estonian capital Tallinn. Between eight and ten candidates are doing against each other; only in 1996 were thirteen bands at the beginning. From 1993 to 2003, the Estonian contribution by an international jury was selected. However, the population with the opportunity to advise the jury by televoting. Recurring participants

Some participants of the Eesti Lauls have lined up in several years. Rolf Roosalu was five times in succession while ( 2008 to 2011 as a solo artist in 2012 with the formation Pop Maniacs ). Eurolaul 1996

The Estonian preselection for the Euro Vision Song Contest 1996 took place in Tallinn on 27 January 1996. The jury consisted of nine members. These come from Belgium, Ireland, Norway, Slovenia, Finland, United Kingdom, Denmark, Turkey and Russia. For the first time were 13 performers in the preliminary round. Eurolaul 1997

Eurolaul 1998

Eurolaul 2000

The Estonian preselection for the Euro Vision Song Contest 2000 took place on 5 February 2000. The jury was composed of the following persons. Eurolaul 2001

The Estonian preselection for the Euro Vision Song Contest 2003 took place on 8 February 2003. Favorite of the phone vote were Vanilla Ninja Club Kung Fu with the song. The Estonian preselection for the Euro Vision Song Contest 2004 took place in Tallinn on February 7, 2004. Favorite was the title Maarja - Liis Ilus Homme by. As the winner of the group Neiokõsõ emerged. A jury did not exist in 2004.

Eurolaul 2005

The Estonian finals for the Euro Vision Song Contest 2007 was held on 3 February 2007. The band Vanilla Ninja came here already the second time on, after they competed with Club Kung Fu in 2003. As Gerli Padar winner emerged.

Eurolaul 2008

Eesti Laul 2010

The Eesti Laul 2010 took place on 12 March 2010. First came two band members against each other. Lenna and Piret Kuurmaa Järvis are both members of the girl group Vanilla Ninja. Eesti Laul 2011

The Eesti Laul 2011 took place on February 26, 2011. Has won Getter Jaani with the song Rockefeller Street. There were two semi-finals and the grand finale. Eesti Laul 2012
