FC Unterföhring

The FC Unterföhring is a sports club from the Upper Bavarian village of Unterföhring ( Landkreis München ). Originally founded as a football club, he now has a separate department for Dart and a referee Department.

History

A first attempt to build a football club in Unterföhrung, there were 1921., The Community broke up in 1923 or 1924 due to financial problems but back on. On March 6, 1927 21 men founded the FC Unterföhring, first chairman was Peter Oehm. In the Isarau a playing field was prepared and on 5 August 1927, the club vs. Blue Elf Munich played his first game. In the early 1930s, a student team was founded.

The Second World War, in which many players were on the front, brought for the club almost the end. The later honorary chairman Fritz Kohler ensured the survival and already 1946/47, the game operation was resumed with two senior teams and a youth team. In August 1950, a built in self-work dressing house was completed.

For the club, the amateur leagues of soccer district of Munich for over 50 years, their sporting home. In the second term of office of club president Dieter Norpoth the club was realigned. Between 2002 and 2004, the FC Unterföhring increased three times in a row until the Bezirksoberliga Upper Bavaria. After the Cup 2010 he was in the national league Bavaria South. In the 2011/12 season the club was extended thanks to the rise of law in the context of the game class reform of the Bavarian Football Association after Relegation against TSV Bad Abbach and FC Bayern Ergolding on in the league.
