Florian Klein

Florian Klein ( born November 17, 1986 in Linz) is an Austrian football player. Since 2012 he has been involved with FC Red Bull Salzburg.

Life and career

Klein began his career in the youth of LASK Linz. In 2003, he played for one season at city rivals FC Blau- Weiss Linz in the regional center. In 2004 he returned to LASK Linz and made ​​his debut in the First League. He became a regular player of Linz and managed the 2007 promotion to the Bundesliga. His debut in the Bundesliga was small on Matchday 1 of the 2007/08 season in July 2007, at play LASK Linz vs SK Austria Kärnten, where he played and the winning goal scored equal to 1:0. After several disputes with the board of Linz Klein let his contract lapse in 2009 and signed for the following season at the Austria Wien.
